ProjectsHunter

How It Works

Find. Apply. Follow up. Win.

ProjectsHunter automates the boring part — finding and organizing opportunities — and leaves the human part, talking to clients, to you.

The central workflow

  1. 1

    We discover projects

Our discovery engine scans public search APIs, RSS feeds, tender portals and communities for real buyer intent — and clients post directly on ProjectsHunter.

  2. 2

    You review real leads

Every opportunity is normalized, de-duplicated and scored for relevance, with its original source name and link always attached.

  3. 3

    Apply on the source

Open the original post, apply or message the client yourself, then click Mark Applied. We never send anything on your behalf.

  4. 4

    Follow up and win

A follow-up is scheduled automatically. Track replies, meetings and negotiations until the project is won.

What happens behind the scenes

Discovery

Queries such as “looking for Flutter developer” or “CRM tender” are generated from the services you offer and run against approved search APIs, RSS feeds, public APIs and procurement portals.

Normalization & scoring

Budgets, dates, countries and skills are normalized. Duplicates are merged, sellers and job-seekers are filtered out and each lead gets quality, buyer-intent and relevance scores.

Moderation

Uncertain leads go to a moderation queue. Administrators approve, edit, merge or reject them before they reach your feed.

You apply manually

Open the original source, apply or message the client yourself, then click Mark Applied. Your first follow-up is scheduled automatically.

Questions

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Every approved account starts on the Free plan with a limited, delayed selection of opportunities. Pro unlocks the full live feed, original sources, company details and the follow-up CRM. Posting a project is always free for clients.

Where do the projects come from?

From clients posting directly on ProjectsHunter, plus publicly accessible sources: search-provider APIs, RSS/Atom feeds, public APIs, tender and procurement portals, and community posts where automated access is permitted. Every external project shows its source name and a link to the original post.

Does ProjectsHunter apply or message clients for me?

No. ProjectsHunter never sends emails, LinkedIn messages, proposals or applications automatically. You open the original source, apply yourself, and then mark it applied so we can remind you to follow up.

Why does my account need approval?

To keep the marketplace high quality and spam-free, every new account is reviewed by a platform administrator before it can access the dashboard.

Can my agency team use it together?

Yes. Create an organization, invite managers and staff, assign projects to team members and monitor progress and win rates in reports.

How do clients post a project?

Sign up as a client. Once approved, post your project for free. It's reviewed by our team and then published to freelancers and agencies.
